MODE: EXECUTION

Mathieu authorizes through the initiating prompt in the Lab thread the complete production implementation of the plan merged by PR #23 and recorded in docs/implementation/initial-plan.md.

Scope: execute all six slices autonomously with TDD, per-slice specification-compliance and code-quality reviews, signed Héphaïstos commits, grounded Paru/Codex/SQLite/PTY/Go contracts, full disposable-Arch E2E, and final branch + pull request delivery.

Constraints: preserve the accepted minimal LLM-first architecture and all active ADRs; do not merge, tag, or publish. Any consequential decision not covered by active sources requires a separate MODE: DECISION issue and remains unresolved without Mathieu's standalone GO DECISION.

Implémentation v1 complète proposée dans la PR #25 : #25

Les six slices sont implémentées. Les tests Go/race/vet/format, le contrat Codex CLI 0.150.1, le smoke disposable fake-Paru et l’E2E Arch avec le vrai Paru épinglé (recherche native, acquisition, edit + réaudit, build/install, garde, dérive rejetée, skip et officiel sans audit) passent. La PR ferme #24 si elle est acceptée; elle ne merge, ne tague et ne publie rien.
