What changed

records the pinned disposable-Arch Paru spike for native selection, exact worktree acquisition, committed edit/re-audit reuse, PreBuildCommand identity enforcement, skip followed by fresh resolution, final Paru build/install, and official-only passthrough;
adds the short vertical v1 implementation plan centered on mandatory Codex CLI audit, Paru-owned resolution/build/install, two SQLite concepts, and the minimal final guard;
keeps production Go implementation out of this PR.

Spike decision

edit + re-audit stays in v1: the spike proved reuse of the exact cache worktree only after AURoscope snapshots edits as a local Git commit and final Paru runs with --skipreview.
