Summary

record the accepted minimal LLM-first architecture in ADR-0015;
make Codex CLI the mandatory v1 audit core;
preserve fully native, audit-free Paru/Pacman behavior for official packages;
preserve Paru-native search, mixed installs, dependency resolution, makepkg, and final Pacman installation;
reduce implementation shape to one internal/app package, two SQLite concepts, and a minimal pre-build identity guard;
supersede the former scanner, multi-backend, approval lifecycle, broad state, recovery, and package-layer ADRs;
archive the former design proposal, prompt, and dependency selection while keeping historical links valid;
require one disposable-Arch Paru worktree/edit/final-build spike before the new implementation plan.

L’issue #21 reste bloquée jusqu’à la fusion de cette PR; elle n’autorise aucune implémentation Go de production.
