Correction

PR #20 finalized the accepted minimal LLM-first design but recorded the decision as ADR-0015. AURoscope's decision-finalization contract derives the ADR number from the Forgejo issue number, zero-padded: issue #19 must be ADR-0019.

This corrective PR:

renames 0015-minimal-llm-first-wrapper.md to 0019-minimal-llm-first-wrapper.md;
updates every active, historical, and dependency-note reference;
makes the accepted options, recommendation, trade-offs, and unresolved Paru-worktree risk explicit;
preserves the product design already merged in PR #20;
adds no production code or implementation plan.

Verification

all repository-relative Markdown links resolve;
Markdown code fences are balanced;
no ADR-0015 reference remains;
git diff --check passes;
signed commits and remote branch head verified.
