Accepted decision

Records Mathieu's authorized D5 decision as ADR-0006: one Go executable, explicit internal domain packages, standard-library argument/process handling, no CLI framework, and no PTY dependency unless an executable dependency contract proves it necessary.

The design proposal status now distinguishes accepted ADR-backed decisions from unresolved recommendations. This PR targets design/technical-contracts, so merging it updates the existing design PR rather than duplicating that proposal against main.

Scope guard

Documentation only. No production implementation and no implementation plan. SQLite and remaining direct dependency choices stay outside D5.

  • latest external comment verified as Mathieu's exact GO DECISION
  • git diff --cached --check
  • signed commit verified locally as Hephaistos
